low fat banana bread

roti pisang kurang lemak dan kurang gula.....untuk orang yang prihatin seperti saya...:)
walau bagaimanapun rasanya tetap sedap...

(mix together)
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup low fat yogurt

(whisk together)
1/4 cup canola or corn oil
2/3 cup light brown sugar
1 large egg or 2 egg whites
1 tsp vanila

(sieve together)
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

combine banana mixture with the oil mixture and then add to the flour mixture. Stir just until all the ingredients are moistened. Pour into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for about 45 - 55 minutes at 350C, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean... saya buat dua banana bread....yang satunya saya taburkan grated coconut seperti atas...
