Sour Cream Banana Cake


Resepi kek pisang ini lain sikit dari yang biasa saya buat...kali ni saya campur sour cream atau krim masam....nampak macam sedap gambar pada buku resepi AWW tu...hehe


Saya guna cream cheese icing untuk topping kek ini...
Walau bagaimanapun di bawah ni saya beri resepi topping asal kek ini....


Ingredients

125g butter

2 eggs

1 cup mashed banana

1 1/2 cups self-raising flour

1 tsp bicarbonate of soda

3/4 sour cream

1 tablespoon milk


Cara buat

Cream butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy, 
beat in eggs, one at a time and beat until combined.

Stir in banana, stir in half the sifted dry ingredients with half the combines sour cream and milk then stir in remaining dry ingredients and sour cream mixture. 
stir until smooth.

Pour mixture into prepared pan. bake at 180C for about one hour.


Caramel icing...

Melt 60g butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar in saucepan, stir contantly over heat without boiling for 2 minutes
Add 2 tablespoon sour cream, bring to the boil. remove from heat, 
stir in 1 1/2 cups sifted Icing sugar...
