Ingredients
200g boneless chicken meat, cut into chunks
2 slices sandwich chicken ham, cut into small pieces
6 tablespoon Kraft Cheddar Cheese, shredded
3 pips garlic, sliced
3 tablespoon butter
2 cups cooked rice
2 slices Kraft Singles
Directions
1) Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Saute garlic in the butter and add in shredded Kraft Cheddar Cheese. Give it a quick stir and add in the chicken meat.
2) Season with a little salt and pepper. Stir fry chicken until it changes colour then add in the chicken ham and fry for another minute.
3) Place rice on a piece of aluminium foil and pour in the cooked chicken mixture.
4) Top the rice with 2 slices of Kraft Singles and put it in the grill for 5 minutes at 180C or until slightly melted.
