stir fried lamb chop

lamb chop stir fry

500g lamb chop
1 large onion, thickly sliced
2 red chilli, sliced
2 green chilli sliced
1 cm ginger, crushed
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon kurma curry powder
1 tablespoons light soya sauce
2 tablespoon sweet soya sauce
2 tablespoon dried chilli paste
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 stalk onion spring, slice
1/2 cup olive oil

Marinade meat in the ginger, garlic, chilli paste and kurma curry powder for 1 to 2 hours.
Heat wok with the oil. Add marinated lamb and stir for 15 minutes. Add a little water if necessary. Cook until lamb tender and the sauce thickens. Add oyster sauce, soya sauce, onion, fresh chilli and stir for 2 minutes. Season with salt and sugar, if necessary. Remove from heat and garnish with spring onion. Serve hot with rice.
