mee goreng

1 packet yellow noodles
1 cup medium-sized prawns, removed head and tail
1 chicken breast, cubed or sliced
1 soya bean cake (tahu), cubed
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 small shallots, finely sliced
1 or 2 tablespoon chilli paste
3 tablespoon tomato sauce (ketchup)
2 tablespoon light soy sauce
2 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1 chicken cube
6 stalks mustard green (sawi), cut into 4cm lenghts
15 stalks chives, cut into 4cm lenghts
1 fresh chilli, finely sliced
2 hard boil egg, quatered

1) Heat 3 tablespoon oil in wok. Fry garlic and shallots until golden, then stir in chilli paste and chicken cube, stir for 1 minutes.
2) Add chicken and cook until tender. Add prawns, stirring until they turn pink. Stir in vegetables and cook for 1 minute then add noodles and soya bean cake.
3) Mix thoroughly until noodles are cooked through. Add salt.
4) Remove from heat and serve noodles garnished with hard boil egg, green onions and fried shallots.
