crispy pita

1 slice wholemeal pita bread
2 pips garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced
3 tablespoon chickpeas, mashed lightly
2 stalks spring onions
Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp Thai Chilli sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce

1) Cut pita into 6 wedges and split horizontally into half.
2) Heat up oil and saute onions and garlic until tender. Stir in sauces and spring onions and mix well. Dish up.
3) Spread butter onto cut pita bread. Put some onion mixture and a few chickpeas onto each piece of pita bread. Sprinkle some cheese on top.
4) Bake at 180C for 8-10 minutes.
