minestrone soup with sausages

3 tablespoon olive oil
1 large white chopped onion
5 cloves garlic, minced
5 black pepper sausages, sliced
1 medium carrot, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 small zucchini, chopped
1 cup tomato cherry, halved
5 cups chicken broth
1 canned of red kidney bean
1 canned of canneloni bean
1 cup small shapes pasta, cooked
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp basil
salt and sugar to taste
1 tbs ketchup

Heat oil and saute garlic and onion until soft and fragrant. Add stock and bring to a boil. Add sausages and vegetables and cook for 3 minutes or until vegetables tender. Add pasta, beans, herbs and season to taste and cook for a few minutes. Serve hot.
