cucur jagung manis

3 cups plain flour
1 cup frozen corn kernal
1 cup grated white coconut
1/2 cup milk powder or coconut powder
1/2 cup caster sugar
1/2 tsp soda bicarbonate
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
plain warm water

Mix all dry ingredients and add enough water into the mixture. Stir until the batter thick enough to spoon into the hot oil. Heat oil and fry until lightly golden. Serve hot.
