black pepper beef stir fry

Simple recipe for beef. You can add any type of vegetables and sauces. Serve with rice or bread.

1/2 kg beef, slice
200g frozen potato wedges
1 large onion, slice
1/2 carrot, slice
2 tomatoes (wedge)
2 fresh green chillies, slice

2cm ginger
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp kurma powder
3 tbsp blackpepper sauce
3 tbsp tomato sauce
3 tbsp sweet soya sauce
2 tbsp light soya sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Add to the beef, salt and turmeric powder and fry until cook. Set aside. Heat oil and saute slice ginger and slice garlic till fragrant. Add kurma powder, black pepper sauce, tomato sauce, sweet soy sauce, light soya sauce, salt and stir for one minute. Add beef, carrot, onion, chillies and little water and cook for 2 minutes. Add potato wedges and continue to stir (about 3 minutes). Garnish with chop spring onion leaves. Serve hot.
