Resepi ini saya perolehi dari buku resepi saya iaitu The Australian Womens Weekly, The Big Book of Beautiful Biscuits Ingredients
1 1/4 cups plain flour
2 tbs cstor sugar
60g walnut pieces
1 egg yolk
2 tsp instant coffee powder
2 tsp hot water
1/2 cup castor sugar, extra
1) Sift flour into bowl, add sugar. rub in butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
2) Grind walnuts finely in blender and add to mixture. add egg yolk and combined coffee powder and water, stir until mixture is combined.
3) Refrigerate dough, covered, 30 minutes. Roll 2 teaspoon of dough into 5cm lenghts then shape into crescents on lightly greased oven tray and bake moderate oven 12 minutes.
4) Remove warm crescents and gently roll in extra castor sugar, cool on wire rack.
