stir-fry mussel

Ingredients
2 cups fresh mussel
1 large onion, sliced
5 dried chilli, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbs light soya sauce
1 tbs oyster sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 stalk spring onion

Method
Heat 3 tablespoon of oil and saute garlic until lightly brown. Add mussel and stir for 3 minutes. Add onion, chillies and seasoning. Stir for another 2 minutes and remove from heat. Garnished with spring onion. Serve with rice.
