mash potato in brown sauce

Ingredients
6 (3 lbs)all purpose potatoes, peeled and cut up
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 packet McCormick instant brown sauce

Method
In saucepan, cover potatoes with water; bring to a boil.
Simmer 20 minutes or until very tender; drain.
Mash potatoes and stir in remaining ingredients.
Serve with McCormick brown sauce.
