2 pita breads
1/4 blackpepper grill chicken, shredded
2 lettuce leaves
1 small tomato, remove seed and chopped
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated cheese (mozarella or cheddar)
sweet chilli sauce
Split pita bread and spread with mayonnaise.
Arrange lettuce leaves, tomato, chicken meat and cheese.
Grill in the oven or on the gas stove for a few minutes or until the cheese melt. Serve hot.
