steam banana with cinnamon cream

Ingredients;
4 large bananas

Coconut cream;
1 1/3 cups coconut milk
1 tbsp plain flour
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

Method
1) Steam banana for 5 minutes.
2) Mix all coconut cream ingredients in a saucepan. Heat and stir the mixture till thick.
3) Peel banana skin and serve with coconut cream.

  1. pisng nangka tak berapa sedap kot....pisang raja atau pun pisang yang banyak jual kat Tesco tu mungkin lebih sedap.
