ikan kaloi masam manis
For this recipe, I use ready made sweet and sour source. Saute 2 pips chop garlic, slice ginger, 1 tablespoon chilli paste for 2 minutes. Add sweet and sour sauce, vegetables (I used chopped cucumber, carrots, red chillies, 1 onion (sliced). Season with salt, pepper and sugar...serve hot.
