Suitable for kids birthday party.
2 chicken breast meat, cut into cubes
1 cup self raising flour
2 tablespoon chilli sauce
4 tablespoon tomato sauce
2 teaspoon Lea & Perrin sauce
2 tablespoon oil
4 tablespoon water
salt and pepper to taste
1) Marinate chicken with salt, white pepper and all the sauces for 30 minutes.
2) Mix together oil, water and flour.
3) Coat chicken with the flour mixture and deep-fry until golden in colour.
4) Serves hot.
