taugeh, kucai, carrot stir fry
Simple stir fry taugeh, kucai and carrot. I use 2 small onion, 1 garlic and 1 red chilli, slice. A tablespoon dried shrimp. Heat oil and saute onion, garlic, chilli and shrimp. Add carrot then kucai. Stir for a few minutes and then add taugeh. Season to taste (I use light soya sauce, sweet soya sauce, pinch of salt. Serve hot.
