steam fried chicken

step 1 - Cut and clean chicken, season with salt and pepper and arrange in steamer pot. Steam for 20 minutes or until chicken half cook. step 2 - combine
1 cup dry breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup plain flour, 2 tsp ground cumin, 2 tsp ground coriander, 2 tsp ground cardamom, 2 tsp ground chilli and 1 tsp ground turmeric, season to taste. Coat chicken with mixture and leave it to rest for half and hour.

step 3 - heat oil and deep fry till lightly golden and cook through.

serve with chilli or tomato sauce.
