seafood noodles

ok, for this recipe, there's no exact quantity for ingredients to be used...you have to adjust it accordingly (ikut selera anda)...

for gravy/soup/kuah mee
Ingredients A
500g white small prawns (udang kecil putih), boil and blend
sweet potato (keledek), boil and mash or blend
peanuts, fry without oil and grind
chilli paste, 4 tablespoons
oyster sauce, 3 tablespoons
tomato sauce, 3 tablespoons
chilli sauce (optional), 3 tablespoons
cuka (vinegar), 1 tablespoon
seasonal ingredients (salt, sugar, ajinomoto/knorr cube)

Ingredients B
5 crabs, clean and cut into 2 (ketam besar)
500g large prawns (udang laut besar)
500g squids (sotong)

Method
Mix ingredients A in a large pot and add enough water (3 to 5 L). Boil for 15 minutes. Add Ingredients B. Season to taste.

Ingredients C
Noodles, 3 to 4 packets (enough for 10 serving) - soak in hot boiling water for 1 minutes, drain
beansprout (taugeh), soak in boiling water for 1 minute, drain
spring onion (daun bawang), chopped
square hard tofu (halve then fry, slice)
bawang goreng
cucur udang (prawn fritter, slice)
lime slice
hard boil eggs (slice)
red and green chilli soak in vinegar (cuka)
sambal kentang (potato)

note: you can replace peanut with ready-made peanut for kuah pecal or kuah sate sambal potato....boil potato with chili paste, sugar and salt till soft and tender.
